The apartment on the ground floor has a size of 70m². It comprises a living room with an open kitchen and two separate bedrooms, each with a modern shower and toilet.

The apartment is best suited for 5 people and therefor offers enough space. An extra bed for two additional people is possible. This holiday flat is the best accommodation for your family and offers enough space to bring along your friends or grandparent. We also provide a cot and a high chair for children.

The open-plan kitchen with sitting area includes an electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, coffee machine, water heater, toaster, slicer, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and enough dishes. In the living room is a sofa-sleeper, a TV and a radio with CD player. Internet connection can be used via Wi-Fi.
There is a pull-out couch in the living room as well as a TV and radio with CD player. Internet connection can be used via WLAN.

The bedroom 1 is located on the south side and is fitted with a king sized bed. All furniture is made of real pine wood. The appendant bathroom with shower and WC is situated directly next to the bedroom.

Bedroom 2 is also furnished with a king sized bed. An additional twin sized bed for one person makes the room perfect as for instance for families. It is located to the west side. The pieces of furniture are made of pine wood. The second bathroom is directly affiliated with the bedroom and has also a shower and WC.

In both bedrooms, the windows are equipped with insect screens and blackout curtains.

From the spacious living room you can step directly on the terrace. Our walnuttree donates enough shade on warm days to sit on the terrace. If you prefer the sun, you may use the lawn for sunbathing.
